Q3) Consider a multiplexer (synchronous TDM), where the o/p is 10
bit frames, 3 bits of data from each input plus a framing bit.
Consider the 3 input streams below entering the TDM and producing
the output stream:

Produce the output frames given the above data.

a). Consider an area with a uniform distribution of customers. What
determines the cellular size of the zones?
b). Consider now that the area is a non-uniform distribution of
customers who expect uniform cellular reception and performance. The
area is composed of sparse and high density areas (see below). A
typical cell has a width of 4 units, using graph paper reproduce the
data below, and draw the cellular structure to ensure that most of
the customers will be happy. In other words, place the cell towers.
Assume location (2,2) will have a cell tower. Note: the graph can
extend into other quadrants to accommodate tower placement.
