Seminar Details:
Format
You will be expected to make one seminar presentations before end term. Seminars will be done in
at different times through-out the term. The idea behind seminars is not to simply summarize a research paper,
but rather to choose the important points that you found interesting in the paper and show your understanding of the material.

Guidlines for a seminar topic will be assigned to each student/pair of students atleast
a 7 - 10 days prior to a presentation date within the semester.

The presentation per student should not be less than 12 minutes (before Q/A) and no longer than 15
minutes.
- The instructor should receive the seminar presentation slides by 7 pm the evening before,
in order to receive full seminar marks.
Evaluation
Evaluation of your seminar presentation will include:
- Content
- Organization, Flow & expression
- Understanding of presented material
- Effort & entusiasm
- Peer evaluation
