Basically for this assignment I created a 1 minute and 15 second composition that used granular synthesis (pitch shifting), a unique instrument (Drunk Oscillator), that included 4 different wav files through the dataflow language Pure Data. The track consists of a song playing the back background (1), with a intro speech performed by Christopher Walken(2), final a wav track of ET’s classic “ET Phone Home” gets mixed in(3), after mixing with the “Drunk Oscillator”. Finally a center channel mix of the classic “Godzilla Roar”(4), as well as a right channel mix in or Clint East woods classic “Do you feel lucky punk”(5) sample.
