Research Interests
- AI: computational intelligence, genetic programming, evolutionary computation, multi-objective optimization
- AI applications: biological modeling, evolutionary design
My research is in the area of evolutionary computation. I have been applying genetic programming towards automatic synthesis of probabilistic networks, as modeled in stochastic process algebra. Probabilistic models in gene regulatory networks have been studied in this framework. I have also interested in GP applications in evolutionary design.
