Project Stages: Each project stage will be due at the time specified. There are no late dates, thus missing deadlines will have severe ramifications for the team.

Stage 1 (30%) - SRS
Stage 2 (10%) - Group Health Check (Early March)
Stage 3 (45%) - Consists of 30% Performance Evaluation, 15% Document Update.
Stage 4 (15%) - Final Presentation (Sometime in April)
